DUTIES:
• To give leadership and guidance in congregations and Presbytery in the use of audio-visual and electronic media for the provision of information within and about the church.
• To encourage congregational use of the United Church's publications and resources.
• To develop understanding within the church of the nature and potential of modern communication.
• To work with people within the secular media to increase their understanding of and commitment to addressing the concerns of human kind in modern society.
