Summer Travelling Day Camp Team
Purpose: To provide a week long ½ day, day camp experience in local churches as we offer paid summer employment to youth in our communities.
Goals:
1. To serve youth with an opportunity to secure employment as they develop leadership skills in Christian ministry.
2. To serve kids and their families by providing safe, trained programming that helps them celebrate their value and worth.
3. To serve congregations by fostering a sense of community by offering an outreach program that involves members, introduces families to a camp experience and enhance relationships with youth. In general, a goal is to foster the religious life of the pastoral charges within Huron-Perth Presbytery.
